Statute Of Limitations On Truck Accidents And Other Accidents In The State of California
Here in California, the statute of limitations for filing personal injury litigation is two years from the date of the accident, unless the putative defendant is a governmental agency or entity. Then you have only six months to file a government claim under The California Government Code.
This applies to all accidents throughout the State of California.
